Welcome to my blogsite

Hi I'm RAQS Garcia, a freelance photographer who used to work as an artist in
an advertsisng agency. In 2008, I've decided to put up my own studio. Now, I  work
at home while taking care of my family. Professionally, I do glamour and
fashion shoots, food and product photography and events coverage.

Aside from taking pictures, I also enjoy cooking.
Jamie Oliver and Donna Hays inspire me to make my  own recipes.
I'm into 15 to 30 minute meals using herbs I have in my garden.
I'm happy that my husband is very pleased with my cooking and looks forward to
coming home for dinner after work. He's  also  an amazing chef in the kitchen,
doing gourmet dishes and sandwiches. We both experiment in using fresh
new ingredients and spices to satisfy our palate.  And my daughter....
she loves to eat rice. Jambalaya rice and fried rice are her favorites.

During my free time, I cook and redecorate my home.
I paint and make art projects to create a new look for our house.
I love country stuff and modern living. And I also create beautiful things
out of recycled materials.

Another thing I always have in my kitchen is coffee.
Smelling its aroma and enjoying the sight of dim lights and candles in my garden
makes me relax after all the hard work in the kitchen.
It's also a great way to bond with my husband to talk about things
that happened during the day. The best part is laughing together when we reminisce
about the funny moments during our childhood and courtship.

.
I put up this blogsite to share my experiences and ideas with you.
I'm really new to this and I hope you can support me by sharing my blog posts to your friends and family. Being a photographer, artist and an aspiring chef, I'll be
posting a lot of        recipes and photographs. I hope you find my site interesting so
