Let's do the "JAVA"

At home, we tend to make adobo, sinigang, menudo and afritada as
part of our weekly menu. For a change, let's include this Java Rice recipe.
A complete meal, fast and easy to cook .

My daughter is fond of eating rice.
She likes fried rice, risotto, jambalaya and to top it all...Paella.
But cooking the arborio rice takes a very long time...
until I discovered the magic of Clara Ole "Ora Mix Mo" Rice Mix.
It comes in different flavors-- Japanese fried rice, Paella,
Beef Steak, Adobo, Tocino and Java rice.

Most of the  time, I use the Paella and Java flavor.
I make sure I always have  it at home and a pack of
frozen mixed vegetables in the freezer...
a combination of green peas, corn and carrots.

I'm a busy mom with a lot of other things to do.
Like Jamie Oliver, I usually cook  15-30 minute recipes....or less.

Here's how i cook my JAVA Rice

Ingredients:
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
2-3 cups cooked white rice
1/4 kilo ground beef
1 medium size onion, sliced into rings
1/2 cup corn kernels
1/2 cup carrots, diced
1/2 cup green peas
fresh curly parsley
1 pack Clara Ole "Ora Mix Mo"
JAVA Rice Mix

Saute the onion rings . Put aside when cooked.

Saute the corn kernels, carrots, green peas and ground beef

Add the cooked white rice and pour the
Clara Ole Java Rice Mix

Top with  onion rings and fresh curly parsley upon serving
