Herbed Chicken Lollipops

When your kids refuse to eat greens...you have to think of a way to trick them.
All kids love crispy fried chicken, so I came up with this recipe...

For the Batter, i used :
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp.  AMIGO Segurado FRITO Crunch
flat parsley, coarsely chopped
salt and pepper  to taste


Combine mix the batter ingredients. .



Directions:
Boil the chicken until cooked then drain.


Dip the boiled chicken lollipops into the batter .


Deep fry in vegetable oil.


Fry until golden brown.
Serve while hot and crispy!
