Start your day with a healthy treat. Try this grilled veggie sandwich.
You will need:
1 zucchini, sliced
1 whole big carrot, sliced
1 eggplant, sliced diagonally
1 green bell pepper
Pesto spread

6 slices of Julie's Bakeshop Francis Loaf
1 pack of potato chips(for your side dish)
6 pcs. bamboo skewers
salt and pepper
Prepare your Sandwich:
Pan-grill the vegetables
Spread pesto on your bread.
Add the zucchini and carrots on top of your bread
then toast in an oven or stove-top grill.
Cut your sandwich into four to make triangles and stick them on a skewer.
Put on a nice plate and add potato chips on the side.
